The lecture will begin with an overview of architectural ethnography as a research method, showcasing examples from various contexts and historical periods. It will then focus on the importance of using architectural drawings and notations as tools for analysing and disseminating knowledge in ethnographic research. Finally, it will present case studies of analytical accounts of social and spatial phenomena, demonstrating how ‘netnography’ can be used as a method for remote data collection and knowledge production.
