Through presentations and discussions, we will analyse open and inclusive urban spaces and their capacity to activate forms of spatial agency. The aim is to illustrate the physical and spatial characteristics that allow habits and lifestyles to be modified, community belonging to be strengthened, and inclusion to be promoted; and to examine the theme of open-to-all urban spaces and the transformation of urban environments into places that respond to the diversity of bodies, needs, and lived experiences, engaging with topics such as proximity of care, public play, the neurodiverse city, and immersive and restorative environments.
